Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for following up on all the loads that have to be picked up or delivered for today and bills maintaining constant communication with both Brokers and Carriers. Also, uploading the Proof of Deliveries is a requirement for the loads that are missing. This role is vital in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous improvement within our organization, they must be detail-oriented and data-driven professionals with a passion for optimizing processes and making a meaningful impact.
**Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to**:
- Following up on all the loads that have to be picked up or Delivered via the Dashboard, tracking the shipments via either Dashboard or TruckTools.
- Providing customers with new quotes to run their loads.
- Reaching out to the parties involved when there is a Proof of Delivery missing required for the shipment.
- Getting in contact with the carrier to update the ETA for the loads that are going to be delivered today.
- Uploading all the missing Proofs of Delivery into the system to make sure that the Invoicing process starts.
- Any other tasks required by the account.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Organized with high attention to detail.
- Report, Creation and analysis.
- Problem-solving.
- Proficient in all internal software.
- Proven written and verbal communicator.
- Proven team member with the ability to collaborate across all departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
B2 Mid English level.
+6 months of customer service experience.
Pay: From $18,000.00 per month
