**Job Details**

**What you will do?**:
**This position is to be fulfilled by a leader and self-motivated engineer to work in a dynamic industrial environment.**:
**This role connects our clients with manufacturing operations. You will manage new projects-products from client award through all phases of the project focused on meeting the client's product specifications and delivery.**:
**How you will do it?**:

- **Ensure the staffing of the Cross-Functional Team, build, and monitor the Master Schedule, to achieve the goals of the schedule.**:

- **Drive process related activities for New Product Introduction, from early planning stages on into full production.**:

- **Coordination of prototype construction.**:

- **Develop, test and implement new components and processes focused on continuous improvement.**:

- **Lead cost reduction activities.**:

- **Create technical documentation (drawings, bill of materials, specifications, standard operation sheets, OMS, ODS etc.)**:

- **Take of times and movements and standardize operations**:

- **Calculation and responsible to control optimal capacities of production lines and fabrication processes.**:

- **Verify Time standards and calculation of earn hours per family products.**:

- **Use problem solving tools when needed (PDCA, A3, EWO, 8D etc.)**:

- **Supports sharing of best practices as result of internal and external benchmarking activities**:

- **Evaluation and modification of lay outs of production lines and production cells.**:

- **Reduce high-risk priority numbers in manufacturing PFMEA’s.**:

- **May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- **Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering Degree.**:

- **6-10 year of experience, leading projects on a manufacturing environment.**:

- **Business level fluency in English. Able to carry on a conversation and lead meetings without difficulty.**:

- **SAP**:

- **Proven record of accomplishment of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous improvements and cost reduction programs**:

- **Strong knowledge on elements of continuous improvement, line balancing, capacity calculations, planning and layout.**:

- **Strong communication skills**:

- **Risk Management**:

- **Plans and prioritizes work effectively, adapting for changing conditions**:

- **Original thinking and an ability to identify problems and generate creative solutions**:
**Desirable (Plus)**:

- **Project Management Certification**:

- **HVAC Industry experience**:

- **Master’s degree, manufacturing related areas.**:

- **Six Sigma Black belt or Greenbelt Certification.**:
