Esta en búsqueda de talento como ADMINISTRATIVO /A

**Requisitos**:
Pasante o trunco en carrera de Administración o Ing en Industrial

Minimo 3 años de experiência

Conocimiento en control de facturas,ordenes de compra, inventarios y logística.

Actividades a realizar:
Apertura y cierre de pedidos de la sucursal en USA a través de administrar y coordinar los requerimientos de códigos, existencias y tiempo de entrega requeridos.

Llevar el control y resguardo de las órdenes de compra.

Apoyarse con el área de inventarios para poder brindar una respuesta al vendedor o cliente.

Actualización de carpetas con la información de pedidos, factura, órdenes de compra.

LLevar el control de pedidos en el momento en el que estén concluidos y listos para facturar.

LLevar el control y revisión de factura para asegurar que estén correctas con base en las indicaciones de los vendedores.

Monitorear la programación que tiene el área de embarques con la finalidad de cumplir en tiempo y forma los compromisos establecidos.

Supervisar el correcto embarque del material hacia al cliente, revisando que esté la documentación completa y con instrucciones claras.
