Data Entry Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to customers and provide assistance when needed
- Listen to callers' concerns and address them appropriately
- Bill and invoice customers
- Guide customers on accessing their tenant portal
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Input data into various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Gmail, Google Docs, and Quickbooks
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in typing and transcribing
- Ability to filter out redundant or irrelevant material in documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Gmail, Google Docs
