Functions

Manage the human resources assigned by La Cía to ensure the fulfillment of the sales objectives.

Plan and exercise the expenses in a responsible and effective manner in order to obtain savings against the operational expenses of the previous year that allow to improve the profitability of the department and the company

Compliance of the Annual Sales Plan

Select, Integrate, Develop and assess the Streamlining for the territory distributors, generating strategies that allow the achievement of goals relating to specific sales on each of the Market’s segments.

Coordinate the efforts of internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Credit and Collection, Purchases, and Logistics in order to improve customer satisfaction; create and maintain a strong orientation towards the customer through the visit to selected distributors to accomplish a larger Market share.

Activities

Ensure a vision with a rising sales approach to the territory.

Optimize the assigned resources according to the % of sales of the territory.

Plan efficient and effective travel throughout assigned territory

Update and run the Catalyst and Impax Tools, and monitor the compliance of the commercial policies. Tracking new projects

Identify new business opportunities. Dealer Development Evaluation and follow up of leads

Region evaluation and developing new markets

Effective communication with the areas involved. Support in the training and field work through the sales force. Technical assistance to dealers and final users. Support into price strategy
