**Job Description**:
**Marketing Manager contributes to regional marketing strategies to promote products or services. Work with partners to develop and execute co-marketing programs. They coordinate campaigns with marketing teams and managers, and analyze competitor behavior and regional insight to optimize marketing strategies. Work closely with regional sales teams to shape strategies to cover sub region business objectives**

We are seeking an Marketing Manager to plan and oversee the implementation of our marketing strategies across the region.

**Qualifications**

**Marketing Management**: 3 years (required)

**B2B Marketing**: 3 years (required)

Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools

You have worked directly on go-to-market activities

Working knowledge of product marketing strategies

**Responsibilities**
- Work in collaboration with Sales Regional Director, and technology managers as well as sales teams to provide strategic and creative direction to ensure regional priorities are being met
- Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams (both internally and externally with agency partners), providing clear direction from strategy to execution
- Promote and increase the exposure of the company in a Region by **adapting and implementing commercial campaigns and programs **launches through the **sales organization **and amplify them by the **partner ecosystem **generating demand and/or advancing existing opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborates to develop and implement the regional channel marketing strategy ensuring its execution for the **PartnerNetwork ecosystem **(including distributors, OEMs, systems integrators, Technology Partners) helping **to create demand in conjunction with partners**:

- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; forecast performance against business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); develop business cases for key activities/projects
- Set and lead execution of the data and analytics reporting plan, creating strategies and templates to use data in a meaningful way. Analyze, present, and communicate high-impact data and insights and recommendations to critical internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop Quarterly regional marketing performance reports to present in Business Reviews
- Create breakthrough Channel Marketing ideas
- Lead marketing campaigns for the assigned territory
- Efficiently manage budget through thoughtful allocation of funds to support campaigns
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to develop seamless, cross-channel digital marketing strategies
