**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**
- To assure full operational availability for the current CRM system on daily basis, checking continuously the main functions used by the Sales Force.
- To optimize the several tools included in the current CRM devotedto the customer facing process, according to the BU’s needs.
- To implement the commercial strategies of the business unit as a local support to facilitate in the CRM tool.
- To develop and provide materials and lead the training to the Sales Force, and Business Unit conducting a wider and deeper knowledge of the system.
- Generate continues proposal to the business with relevant information related to implement reports in constant alignment with business strategies.
- Wide support of reports, information, analysis of functionality for the traceability of the Medical samples in CRM system, as well as support for Global, local and Local Authorities Audits.

**Who You Are**
- Education: Administration or similar (desirable)
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Language: English proficient
- It is critical to possess customer service focus and problem-solving mindset & coordination of processes & projects.
- Interpersonal communications skills, work under pressure-profile, initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
