Lo que implica este trabajo Es el profesional responsable de asegurarse que el sitio y sus servicios permitan la continuidad de negocio así como la satisfacción de necesidades de las personas que trabajan en el. Lidera un equipo y/o administra las actividades diarias de una propiedad o instalación asignada, siendo el punto de contacto clave en el sitio para las partes interesadas o cliente.
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de FAcilities Assistant para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Monterrey - Prol. Alfonso Reyes 2612, P.8, Del Paseo Residencial
**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Punto de contacto clave en el sitio para que se cumplan las premisas del cliente-.
Asegura que los proveedores estén bien administrados, entregando servicios a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto
Planifica y administra todos los contratos para garantizar que sean entregados profesionalmente a los costos correctos.
Se asegura que el vencimiento de los contratos este bien monitoreado y se inicie la renovación si es necesario.
Trabaja activamente para garantizar que las operaciones financieras del sitio cumplan o superen los objetivos y los requisitos de control, incluido el código de ética de JLL.
Revisa periódicamente las operaciones existentes para reducir costos y mejorar los estándares operativos.
Asegura que se implemente y mantenga un programa de administración de riesgos de propiedad que incluya auditorias.
Asegura que los procedimientos de escalado y los procedimientos de notificación de incidentes se implementen y se mantengan.
Asistir en el desarrollo de pautas y estrategias para garantizar el cumplimiento de la conducta comercial de JLL.
Asiste y cuida por que el edificio cumpla con las regulaciones y normas.

Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Licenciatura en administración de instalaciones, construcción,Arquitecto, Ingeniero Civil, mecánico, eléctrico y/o administrador.
Conocimiento de instalaciones criticas.
Conocimiento de la gestión de proveedores para servicios especializados.
Comprende los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad (HVAC en communication rooms o site, sistema de enfriamiento, sistemas PCI, sistema mecánico y eléctrico, sistema BMS).
Fuertes habilidades de gestión presupuestaria y análisis financiero.
3-5 años de experiência en instalaciones, administración de propiedades, hospitalidad o campos relacionados.
Se requiere experiência en administración de contratos.
Sólidos conocimientos de PC y capacidad para administrar las actividades diarias utilizando varios sistemas.
Experiência con iniciativas de mejora continua.
