Team overview and job responsibilities
Job responsibilities
- Responsible of carry out activities to ensure the quality characteristics for incoming inspections materials.
- Release the quality verification materials checklist for manufacturing process.
- Verify and update the quality control plans for suppliers’ materials.
- Prepared the daily reports of quality inspection materials
- Notify the quality deviation to Q Supervisor/ QHSE Manager and Purchasing areas.
- Review-validate the quality certifications materials and Quality reports by suppliers
- Follow up the Prysmian standards to ensure the Quality requirements of components and materials.
- Determinate the cost of poor quality for rejection materials.
- Implement the countermeasures to avoid the quality failures re-incidents.
- Report the Non-Conformities of materials in SAP system and follow up the root cause analysis by suppliers.
- Release the reject materials report with purchasing departments.
- Support the purchasing area and engineering the quality risk Analysis documentation.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree: Technician in Mechanical or electrical areas / Industrial Engineer
- Experience: 1- or 2-years minimum experience in quality inspection process and Manufacturing.
- Language: Intermediate English Speaking / written
- I Requires general and basic knowledge in risk Analysis
