People & Culture Analyst

**Objetivo**:
Impulsar el éxito de nuestra empresa a través del desarrollo de estrategias de gestión del talento y la promoción de una cultura organizacional sólida. Además, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el proceso de Onboarding, Talent Review y desarrollo del personal, asegurando un alto nível de satisfacción y crecimiento profesional.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar programas de comunicación interna que fomenten la transparencia, la participación y la alineación con los objetivos de la empresa.
- Participar en el proceso de Onboarding de nuevos empleados, asegurando una transición fluida y exitosa a la empresa.
- Ejecución de encuestas de clima laboral y otras iniciativas de retroalimentación de los empleados.
- Planificar y coordinar eventos y actividades para promover la cultura organizacional y fortalecer la conexión entre los empleados.
- Colaborar en la realización de Talent Reviews y evaluaciones de desempeño para identificar el potencial y las oportunidades de desarrollo de los empleados.
**Conocimientos**:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Psicología Organizacional, Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
- Capacidad para planificar y ejecutar eventos y actividades para el personal.
- Experiência en el desarrollo y ejecución de programas de comunicación interna.
- Conocimiento de Onboarding y Talent Review.
- Inglés Alto.

Salario: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
