Design, develop, manage and oversee the implementation of Global Security programs, processes and initiatives on CEMEX Business Unit and Sinergia Deportiva; according to internal and external regulatory framework, the Business unit priorities, Global Security platform, policies and normative to guarantee the integrity of the personnel, the continuity of the operations, and the security of facilities, information and assets; and responsible for design, develop and operate the Security Intelligence, investigations and incidents & crisis management.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the global security programs (i.e., Compliance, Insider threat, physical and cyber investigations, TSCM, secure workplace)
- Define and manage the Global Security Risk Agenda and collaborate among Regional and local ERM and security managers.
- Participate with Global Crisis Management and Security teams.
- Support to rapid response security structure and Crisis Management Security capabilities.
- Participate in coordination with Legal, Internal control, ERM and other functional areas in audits, intelligence gathering, threats identification, evaluations, physical and cyber investigations to ensure the well-being of the business units.
- Define Global Security policies, processes, and protocols to guarantee the integrity of the personnel, information, facilities and assets, and participate in the design and implementation of the Global Security Platform
- Participate and support the global incident Management and Business Continuity Plan initiatives.
- Define and operate programs and processes of Sinergia Deportiva security operation.
- Support the security for global business units as well as assist and guide ExCo members when necessary.
- Liaison with other organizations and relevant authorities, and assistance and cooperation, maintaining a strong relationship with internal and external networks.

**Position Challenges**:

- Design and implement corporate and local programs, processes, methodologies, strategies, and actions.
- Maintain liaisons with outside organizations and relevant authorities.
- Provide relevant intelligence and accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- Languages: Spanish (100%), English (100%)
- Academic Background: Advocate, engineer, administration bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree desired.
- Areas of expertise: 10 years in Physical Security, 10 years in Information Security, 5 years in Project management, 5 years in Safety, 10 years in Information management, 10 years in Intelligence and investigations
- Technical Skills: Extended experience in personal protection, excellent planning and implementation skills, extended experience in physical, electronic and information security, excellent in corporate investigations, safety, and health procedures.
- Soft Skills: High team proactive player, self-confident and good people skills, communicates effectively with all levels of the organization: verbally, writing and non-verbal, excellent listener and persuasive speaker, problem solving and decision making, highly tolerant and intercultural

**Internal/External Relations**:
**INTERNAL**:

- VP´s and Executive Committee: Maintain safe and secure VPs members.
- Regional and local Directors: Receive sponsorship and partnership on the execution of security programs and tasks / Provide security orientation when needed.
- Centralized functions: Staff responsible of Legal, HR, Internal audit, Process assessment, BSO, Taxes, Planning, Sinergia Deportiva

**EXTERNAL**:

- Multinational Companies and organizations: Ensure networking and external support needed.
- Public security authorities: Local and state police, Federal agencies, and relative authorities to request support on security issues between the company and the community.
- Contractors & Suppliers: Ensure the execution and alignment for corporate security procedures and external support needed.
