Únete a nuestro equipo en Sandos Hotels & Resorts Estamos buscando un apasionado y altamente motivado Corporate Revenue Manager para gestionar eficientemente nuestras estrategias de Revenue Management y maximizar nuestros ingresos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar revisiones diarias del pickup y cumplimiento de las reglas de negocio para garantizar la maximización de ingresos.
- Implementar estrategias de Revenue Management en canales online (a través del área de distribución) y offline (a través de herramientas internas).
- Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de las estrategias implementadas, realizando ajustes según sea necesario.
- Seguimiento y control del inventario con clientes internos y externos, garantizando la disponibilidad adecuada de habitaciones.
- Autorizar combinaciones de restricciones o cierres de fechas, asegurando la rentabilidad de la ocupación.
- Brindar asistencia a los equipos internos y externos en consultas relacionadas con precios y disponibilidad.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência demostrable en Revenue Management multi-propiedad (deseable experiência previa como gerente de reservaciones).
Experiência en control de inventario y auditoría de reservaciones.
Experiência en uso e implementación de herramientas de Revenue Management, incluyendo Channel Management (Dingus, Omnibees y SynXis preferible), PMS (Opera Cloud preferible) y RMS (Duetto preferible).
Conocimientos sólidos de las estrategias y principios de Revenue Management.
Habilidad para analizar datos de manera eficaz e identificar tendencias que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Conocimiento del mercado hotelero local y global.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonal, tanto escritas como verbales.
Capacidad para trabajar con personas de diversos orígenes y culturas.
Nível de inglés B1 o superior.
