**Job Description**:
**Resumen general**: Trabajando en el corazón de un negocio de moda de ritmo rápido, tú eres responsable de la oficina de caja y la administración del piso de la tienda Tú entrenas, informas y apoyas al equipo de la tienda para asegurarse de que están bien informados y competentes en las operaciones de almacén, efectivo, banca y procedimientos de administración. Satisfacer las expectativas de los clientes y colegas en todo momento, así como seguir los procedimientos de H & M y las normas, son un hecho para ti.

Esta posición reporta directamente la Store Manager

**Tu día a día**

Administración
- Completar todos los requisitos de manejo de efectivo, contabilidad y personal de una manera segura, precisa y oportuna
- Prevención proactiva de errores de administración y pérdidas de efectivo y seguimiento diario del estatus
- Completar los informes requeridos y la entrada de datos
- Comunicarse con las personas relevantes en el negocio (por ejemplo, Contabilidad, departamento de nómina, IT, Controlling, Seguridad)
- Reportar cualquier error, pérdida o prácticas inadecuadas y dar seguimiento de la manera correcta

Ventas
- Asegurarse de que todo el equipo técnico (cajones, escáneres, equipo de back office) esté en buen estado de funcionamiento y se comuniquen y sigan los fallos
- Preparar los puntos de efectivo diariamente con los fondos correctos, materiales y realice los retiros de efectivo necesarios. Asegurar que las rutinas de fin de día sean compatibles
- Ayudar a todo el personal estar bien informado en los procedimientos de efectivo y las mejores prácticas para proporcionar el mejor servicio al cliente y evitar la administración o las pérdidas de efectivo
- Evitar la pérdida de existencias mediante la verificación de las rutinas de reducción y de transferencia de prendas de vestir para garantizar las reservas correctas.
- Junto con el equipo de gestión mantener un ordenado y organizado de la casa, siguiendo los requisitos de seguridad y seguridad.
- Asegúrese de que los procedimientos correctos de manejo de llaves son cumplidos por todo el personal y la dirección.

Capacitación e Información
- Capacitar y educar a la plantilla y los equipos de gerencia sobre los procedimientos administrativos
- Comunique todas las rutinas y políticas de contabilidad y manejo de efectivo dentro de la tienda.
- Mantenga al equipo al día con noticias y cambios relevantes
