Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Sales Representative located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the Customer Sales Representative role involvesmanaging assigned accounts to achieve revenue targets across the customer base while directing field sales operations to maximize sales and profit objectives

What a typical day looks like:

- General understanding of project processes and procedures.
- Reading daily reports and focusing on critical or anomalous report readings.
- Follow-up of sales on a daily basis.
- Timely attention to the presentation of reports.
- Work together with Traffic and Logistics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a similar position as CSR.
- Internal and external customer service attitude.
- Advanced Excel skills. VLOOK UP's
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge in a MRP system.
- Basic knowledge of the electronics industry.
- Previous knowledge in the area of materials is also a plus.
