**Your new role**
- Develop and Manage Sales Team toward the goal of promoting customer satisfaction with existing customers and pursuing and closing new profitable sales opportunities.
- Works toward meeting all Companys goals and objectives together with the Global targets of the High Performance Polymers Business Unit.
- Monitor the correct utilisation by the Sales Team of the BU’s CRM, specifically in terms of Business Projects management, reporting, quotation, segmentation and market intelligence.
- Manage personally some of the most important accounts in the Mexico.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required
- MBA preferred
- 10 years plus in sales plus 5 years plus in managing sales team
- Advanced English level is a must
