**Job description**

Office Gemini is a software company offering document management and document capture solutions. Office Gemini has offices in multiple countries with over 400 partners worldwide in targeted sectors such as IT Consulting, Document Management, Scanning Services, Data Management, and Software Integration Specialists. Our customer base ranges from the small/medium sized business to the larger corporate/enterprise level accounts across a wide range of industries and vertical markets.

Responsibilities - Inside Sales Americas
- Support the sales manager in administrative tasks.
- Maintain constant communication and excellent customer service with resellers and end users.
- Organize data and support product presentations.
- Answer incoming sales calls.
- Ensure proper pre-sales, post sales customer service, and follow up according to the manager’s guidance.
- Support software maintenance renewals and collections for resellers and end users in the region.
- Support on creating quotes and proposals supervised by the sales manager.
- Assist the sales team to reach and maintain satisfactory sales and collections quotas.
- Perform live online demos of our software products for end users and resellers.
- Perform research to find resellers and distributors within the region.
- Make daily outbound calls to generate new leads for the sales team.
- Properly input data and maintain the CRM database.
- Assist in the development, design, schedule, and maintenance of proper sales training program and materials for resellers and end users.
- Assist in creating product marketing and training videos.
- Translation from English to Spanish of Sales and Marketing material for the region

Requirements - Inside Sales (LATAM):

- Must speak, read, and write English and Spanish fluently.
- PC savvy.
- CRM (Sales Force) experience is a plus.
- 2 years in computer related industry is a plus.
- Experience with administrative tasks and customer service.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
- An energetic and outgoing personality helps in this position.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and to multi-task without issue.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, and diverse projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high intensity environment.
