Belmond is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Sales to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and objectives, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services. In this role, you will also stay updated on industry trends and report on market forces that may impact sales.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of previous experience as a Director of Sales or a high potential Sales Director Associate in the Luxury Hospitality industry
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- Deep understanding of products/services and ability to position them against competitors
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge and experience of Groups sector
- Responsible for implementing Marketing activities and leading the property team
- Guide the area team to achieve the property sales goals
