**Responsibilities**:

- Resolves Production, Quality & Plant Maintenance issues in SAP and connected systems for the organization's SAP users.
- Ensures queries and issues are tracked and organized through the internal ticketing system.
- Collaborates with internal team to receive guidance and direction in supporting the organization’s IT needs.
- Communicates with IT users to ensure information is fluid and updates are known

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience.
- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
- SAP Production, Quality and Plant Maintenance experience - 8+ years. SAP PP, QM and PM consultant that has handled at least 2 end-to-end implementations or roll-out projects having managed tasks through all project lifecycle phases (Requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and Support) for IT initiatives.
- Functional module knowledge in Production (Production Planning, Production Levelling, Discrete Manufacturing, Repetitive Manufacturing).
- Functional module knowledge in Quality, (Quality planning, Quality inspection, incoming inspection, in process inspection, production inspection, delivery inspection, Quality certificates, Quality Notifications).
- Functional module knowledge in Plant Maintenance (PM master data, Preventative Maintenance performance based & time based, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance).
- Business process knowledge in areas such as Make to Order, Make to Stock, Kanban, Capacity Planning, Quality inspection, tooling process.
- Experience implementing SAP Production, Quality and/or Plant Maintenance integrations with SD, MM, FI, CO, EWM. Understands the process flow between production, quality & maintenance with other logistic modules (MM, SD, EWM) and Finance Modules (Product Costing, Cost collector, settlement)
- Experience working with IDocs
- Experience in AMS support in either of three areas, Production, Quality and Maintenance (identify the problem, propose a solution, customize the solution when needed, test with the user, transport to quality and production environment, document the solution on ticketing tool and provide status). Experience working with any incident management tool.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English) and presentation skills. Other languages are welcome.
- Ability to work with and collaborate across Business and IT Teams.
- Knowledge on Queries and LSMW and experience working with solution manager is an advantage.
