Founded in 1993, Shampu Lighting is a group enterprise that specializes in research and development, manufacturing, and sales of lighting products. Currently, we have subsidiaries in Jiaxing and Lishui, Zhejiang, and Los Angeles, USA, and a Japanese subsidiary under construction

ACTIVITIES:
1. Preliminary evaluation of new process routes such as lighting and lamps, research and development of new processes, and comprehensive assessment of the feasibility of introducing new process solutions 2. Formulate a new process verification plan, track the verification progress throughout the process, complete the trial production report, and conduct inspections on key issues 8D Analysis 3.

Complete the introduction of new process solutions, continue to track the production status of the introduction, and follow up on problems

4. Design improvement plan, formulate improvement and introduction plan and follow up the implementation

5. Responsible for the formulation and improvement of process documents;
6. Responsible for formulating and writing the analysis and measures of various quality problems in the production process;
7. Responsible for organizing analysis, formulating customer complaint measures and other related work;
8. Communication and coordination between departments;
9. Responsible for SMT and related process verification

10. Responsible for SMT and related product NPI verification

11. New product SMT production process design and equipment demand assessment, program and reflow profile setting

12. Be able to independently complete the design of steel mesh and SMT fixtures 13. Excavate new product trial production problems and collect trial production data, track and complete analysis reports

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Degree or above, major in machinery/electronics;
2. More than 10 years of experience in process improvement design in the electronics industry or lighting industry, mastering the SMT production process and process standards;
3. Familiar with the production process of LED products is preferred;
4. More than 5 years experience in SMT electronics industry, proficient in FPC, SMT process of special-shaped components;
5. Related project leader experience;
