Estamos buscando un Customer Service Representative para unirse con uno de nuestros clientes en giro restaurantero en constante crecimiento. **Requisitos**
- Titulados en carreras Económica-Administrativas, Ing. Industrial o afín
- Contar con experiência mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares
- Nível de inglés avanzado conversacional
- Dominio de Paquetería Microsoft Office
- Manejo de algún CRM/ERP**Habilidades**

1. Orientación al cliente: Demuestra una profunda comprensión de las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes. Estás dispuesto a ir más allá para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelidad.

2. Proactividad: No te conformas con lo establecido. Buscas constantemente formas de mejorar los procesos, ofrecer soluciones innovadoras y anticiparte a los problemas potenciales.

3. Comunicación efectiva: Posees excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto escritas como verbales. Puedes transmitir ideas claramente y persuasivamente, y estás cómodo interactuando con clientes y colegas a todos los níveles.

4. Excelente actitud y colaborativo: Eres un jugador de equipo confiable y participativo. Sabes que el éxito se logra trabajando juntos y aprovechando las fortalezas de cada miembro del equipo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Analizar las interacciones con los clientes para identificar tendencias, oportunidades de mejora y áreas de éxito.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, brindando un servicio excepcional en cada interacción.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos para garantizar una experiência coherente y positiva para el cliente en todos los puntos de contacto.
- Proporcionar información y retroalimentación a los equipos de producto y operaciones para impulsar la mejora continua.
- Participar en proyectos especiales y otras iniciativas estratégicas según sea necesario.**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo: $25,000 a $30,000 de acuerdo a experiência
- Prestaciones de ley, apoyo de comedor, seguro de vida y seguro de gastos médicos mayores.
