**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência de mínimo [10] años en originación y sindicación de operaciones de financiamiento corporativo y comercial (estructurados, sindicados, trade finance y working capital), con principal énfasis en la sindicación de operaciones.
- Sólido conocimiento de aspectos legales, regulatorios bancarios, financieros y relacionados con el financiamiento comercial y corporativo.
- Alta capacidad cuantitativa, analítica y de resolución de problemas
- **Inglés avanzado.
**Actividades a realizar**:

- Liderar los esfuerzos de distribución, sindicación y reducción de los productos de banca corporativa a través de mecanismos de distribución (cesión, coberturas, participaciones, etc)
- Coordinar internamente y con las contrapartes, las acciones necesarias para distribuir, sindicar y reducir las exposiciones crediticias.
- Asesorar a las áreas de originación de los productos de financiamiento corporativo y comercial sobre la liquidez y precios de sus productos.
- Desarrollar nuevas herramientas y estructuras de movilización y distribución de los productos de financiamiento corporativo y comercial.
