**Acerca del equipo**:
El equipo de R&D de Miind es responsable de diseñar y desarrollar que le permiten a la compañía mantenerse competitiva, siempre tomando en cuenta las necesidades de los clientes y la rentabilidad. Somos un equipo agil, análitico, recursivo y orientado a los resultados que constantemente está desarrollando nuevas ideas y conocimientos para crear nuevas tecnologías y productos.

**Acerca del Rol**:
Como R&D Food and Supplements Analyst, serás responsable del desarrollo y lanzamiento de productos, cuidando las necesidades del consumidor, la rentabilidad y la seguridad, teniendo en cuenta que el tiempo es uno de nuestros activos más importantes. Estas serán las principales responsabilidades que estarías realizando:

- La formulación y el desarrollo de productos para la industria de los suplementos garantiza la calidad, el rendimiento, los costos y el cumplimiento normativo.
- Asegurar el dossier técnico de productos finales complementarios.
- Llevar a cabo investigaciones de nuevas tecnologías en la industria para crear nuevas capacidades con respecto al diseño y fabricación de productos.
- Realizar evaluaciones regulatorias de los productos de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente.
- Realizar análisis de costos para nuevos productos durante la fase de desarrollo asegurando el objetivo y la rentabilidad.

**Estamos buscando a alguien que tenga lo siguiente**:

- Licenciatura en Química Farmacéutica, ingeniería química o equivalente.
- Inglés nível 2, elemental.
- Competente en Excel, Office.

**Nos encantaría que también tuvieras estos**:

- Conocimiento de la Ley general de salud y Reglamento relativo a los complementos.
- Interés en cosmética, cuidado personal, productos de belleza.
- Experiência previa en la formulación de productos cosméticos.
