**ABOUT THE POSITION**
As a Development Associate, you will play a key role in the development of our multifamily rental portfolio, from initial planning and design to project completion and handoff to Property Management. You will be responsible for supervising and directing all aspects of the development process, working closely with a team of design, construction, legal, finance, and property management Each day will be unique, your job is to take decisions and find creative solutions that bring us closer to our vison of creating legendary experiences by developing the best product in the multifamily rental industry. This will be an extraordinary opportunity to better understand the real estate development industry. Your role does not require a degree in architecture or construction but rather have critical thinking, logic, curiosity, and a lot of drive to be a problem solver. The position reports to Development Senior Director.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Oversee the development of multifamily projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project timelines and budget.
- Track and evaluate design process of multiple projects that validates UrbanHub’s vision.
- Track and monitor construction progress of multiple projects, mitigating risks, identifying value engineering’s, prioritizing high quality product and keen eye for details.
- Supervise Budget and Contracts Administration.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly investors reports for progress updates and milestone completions.
- Participate with Business Development to identify and analyze new development opportunities.
- Generation of ideas: Contribute with innovative ideas for the development of new products, tools, materials, artificial intelligence apps to help us do our work better.
- Onsite visits - Weekly or monthly visits to developments under construction to make sure program is being met and product quality is being executed according to standards.

- Experience in the U.S. Development industry.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management of any kind.
- You must possess a strong analytical mindset as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proven proficiency in Excel and Power Point
