At Naya Homes, we're building a property management and hospitality platform that empowers homeowners and real estate developers to increase their financial returns through short-term and vacation rentals while removing their operating burden. As we scale, we will be uniquely positioned to leverage our data to unlock a new asset class in Latam.

**Role overview**

As our Onboarding Manager, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the company, Operations Area, its culture, its guest experience, and its global growth. You will be responsible for Onboarding our Owners and their homes by setting them up to Naya Homes' Standards, follow up on any needs our teams may need to ensure our new homes are ready to receive guests and provide magical experiences

Ultimately, you will help create a new asset class in Latam by building a world-class international brand that provides best-in-market asset performance for our homeowners and amazing hospitality experiences for our guests locations.

Operations is the heart and soul of what we do providing a tech enabled yet human connection with our home owners and guests. Through Operations we will provide an incredible and transparent experience for homeowners, manage a distributed network of homes, power our operationally complex hospitality brand and provide guests with unique and magical experiences in all of our locations headaches.

An Onboarding Manager will take step by step the owners and Naya Homes teams over the onboarding process. They will be responsible for getting the unit ready for operations and will give feedback to the owners and give recommendations on what's best for the guests. They are responsible to have all details sorted out and have our apartments perfect.

**Responsibilities will certainly evolve, but early work can look like**:

- First visits to the units
- Give our owners support during the process
- Take pictures of the units
- Organize any maintenance needed before operation
- Register the unit's inventory
- Schedule professional photos
- Buy any missing items
- Vendor payment and organization

**Why you might not be excited about us**
- We're small and we're building from the ground up, so if you like more established companies, it's not (yet) the right time. Here you'll help us define and build our company's culture and infrastructure.
- Since we're an early stage startup, projects and priorities may shift and we will need to move fast
- Since you'll have a lot of responsibility and creativity over projects, they may not be defined perfectly initially. You'll be expected to bring your own experience and perspective to help us do the right things, and raise flags if you think we should do things differently.

**About you**
- At least 2 years of experience leading projects
- Real Estate experience
- Home maintenance knowledge desirable
- Experience with Project Management focused on Real Estate and hospitality
- Have worked and thrived in a fast-paced environment at an early stage company (Preferred not required)
- Deep customer focus and empathy
- Instinct on how to make tradeoffs between elegance and efficiency
- Excel at working cross-functionally and being a collaborative team player
- Excellent communicator
