**Job Description**:
Reception and tracking of customer purchase orders
Managing in full the administration of each customer order, from receipt of the order to the delivery in time and form of the materials.
Billing shipment program
Enter orders into SAP system
Review of orders with the different planners.
Deliveries date Confirmation to the customers
Verification with credit area on the status of the different clients.
Open Orders review with sales area.
Coordination with shipment department on daily deliveries
Status entry for each order.
Coordination with Supply Chain for the correct follow-up of delivery of orders to the customer,
Tracking backorders
Coordination with Logistic to get rates for transportation (sea, air, land, etc.,)
