OSITION RESPONSIBILITES: *
- evelop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for new commodity segments within organization *
- evelop New Supplier on Boarding Process for Production / Service Content *
- anage and negotiate supplier price change requests, resourcing actions, market tests, and lead cost reduction projects. *
- aintain supplier active pricing in purchasing files *
- ead supplier commercial negotiations and resolve issues affecting part supply, including distressed supplier situations *
- esolve supplier shortage and past due situations *
- nsure suppliers’ adherence to Ford Global Terms and Conditions *
- nsure timely responses to all quality issues and processing of SREA’s and Alerts, when applicable *
