**Trustee Ops Advisor**

**Purpose of the Position** The purpose of the position is within the Trustee Operations Team, whose main functions are to capture information in the fiduciary system such as static data of the parties, business data, purposes, investment policies, patrimony, result of unlawful instructions. customer monies. as well as the registration, maintenance and cancellation of products and/or services required to operate the trust in the bank's systems and in other financial institutions. Finally, the attention and responses of RFIs (requests for information requirements) by searching for information in the trust file, as well as the identification of parties that are outside the risk appetite of the bank within the Trustee system.

**Activities**
- Ensure data consistency by capturing and/or updating information in the fiduciary system, such as: static data of the parties, business data, purposes, investment policies and equity.
- Ensure attention to non-monetary instructions from customers.
- Generate the registration, maintenance and cancellation of products and/or services required to operate the trust in the bank's systems and in other financial institutions.
- Attend and respond to requests for information requirements (RFIs) by searching for information in the trust file.
- Identification of parties that are outside the risk appetite of the bank within the system of Fiduciary process of Negative News and CSEM
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law, administration or related
- Understanding of the Fiduciary business regarding the execution of non-monetary letters of instructions, for example, modification agreements, assignments of rights, property transfers, and requests for new products or services, for example, checking and investment accounts and operating devices. in electronic banking.
