**The Role**
- Ensure all the deliverables offered are sent on a timely manner
- Ensure we meet all our SLA´s and KPI´s with our clients
- Provide the correct advisory to our clients and provide all the information they need to help them take strategic decisions of their insured benefits plan design and implementation.
- Develop new business strategies to meet our Growth Plan by generating the necessary sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Help follow our ONE WTW (Willis Towers Watson) strategy by Increasing referred clients to other LoB´s
- Built strategic relationship with clients to meet our retention plan goal and obtain a good score on our NPS
- Maximize vendor and carrier relationships to drive value for our clients and optimize revenue opportunities for WTW
- Maintain and renew, every year, the assigned client portfolio.
- Actively participate in prospects RFP´s, help define right quotations and value proposition
- Present RFP results and renewal proposal and be able to make the presentation to local and HQ contacts.
- Deliver Our value proposition to all the clients in our portfolio according with the segment and have a special attention Global clients, following all the offered services in the MSA (Master Service Agreement)
- Ensure the day-to-day services as claims, enrollments are provided according to our TOM and with excellence to our clients
- Ensure our income (fees and commissions) is collected and applied according to our process on time
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues and propose solutions.
- Supervise the execution of local H&B (Health & Benefits) Operations & Excellence model
- Help achieve our transformation and simplify strategy
- Overseeing the H&B Operations & Excellence performance
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship, by leveraging your industry experience, with senior stakeholders
- Create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, championing, and sponsoring of our Firm

**The Requirements**
- Analysis and synthesis capacity
- Technical knowledge of insure benefits and experience of at least 10 years
- Deep experience of the insurance industry.
- Complete management of all technological tools (excel, power point, etc...)
- Capacity for teamwork
- Strong skills in negotiation and follow up
- Professional / commercial attitude
- Leadership
- 4 years’ experience in similar position
- Capability of working well autonomously and assume leadership roles.
- High level of emotional intelligence
- skill Ability to build and work in collaborative teams at all levels, across multiple practice and functional areas. Also, with multiple cultures
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues and propose solutions
- Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Being able to work under pressure
- Experience in managing your own P&L.
- You must be a very strong communicator, both written and oral. Fluent English is required.
- You must have highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills. Able to translate these solutions into action plans.
- Deep experience of the insurance industry.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver.
- Strong experience in managing client escalations at senior stakeholder level.
- You must have proven execution focus and be able to translate strategic initiatives into actions plans, objectives, and ensure the team successfully achieve these objectives
