**Sr. FP&A Analyst**

Supervises team of entry to intermediate professional level professionals or supervisors of Financial Planning and Analysis support employees, setting day-to-day goals and objectives, overseeing financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for development of analysis and projections and leading small-scale projects.

**Profile**
Education: Lic. Finance
Experience: 4 years in similar positions in manufacturing
**Conversational English**

**Special requirements**:
Excel management

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Sets day-to-day goals and objectives, overseeing financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
- Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations.
- Leads development of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
- Oversees preparation of analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and or sales margins.
- Provides interpretation of financial data via spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
- Audits financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
- Leads small-scale projects, providing ad hoc analysis.
- Provides analysis of excess and obsolete material and drives plans to prevent / decrease current level.
