**Company Overview**

At Naya Homes, were building a property management and hospitality platform that empowers homeowners and real estate developers to increase their financial returns through short-term and vacation rentals while removing their operating burden. As we scale, we will be uniquely positioned to leverage our data to unlock a new asset class in Latam.

**Role overview**

As our first Product Manager, and one of our first hires, youll have a unique opportunity to shape the company and the products we build. You will be responsible for setting product vision, market strategy and following product development from start to finish.

Ultimately, you will help create a new asset class in Latam by building a world-class international brand that provides best-in-market asset performance for our homeowners and amazing hospitality experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities will certainly evolve, but early work can look like**:

- Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning (roadmap), and design of entirely new products and product features to deliver against team and company goals.
- Ensuring product development is on track and adjusting schedules as required, continually developing a best-in-class end-to-end product process
- You will partner closely with engineers, designers and to define and prioritize product requirements based on data and our KPIs and be the voice of the customer to deliver great experiences for our homeowners and guests.
- You will collaborate with our analytics and data teams to understand our users needs, formulating and then validating your hypotheses with data.
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products.

**Why you might not be excited about us**
- We're small and were building from the ground up, so if you like more established companies, it's not (yet) the right time. Here you'll help us define and build our company's culture and infrastructure
- Since we're an early stage startup, projects and priorities may shift and we will need to move fast
- Since you'll have a lot of responsibility and creativity over projects, they may not be defined perfectly initially. You'll be expected to bring your own experience and perspective to help us do the right things, and raise flags if you think we should do things differently.

**About you**
- 5+ years' experience of working as a Product Manager
- Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in agile environment
- You are highly analytical
- Technical background is a plus, but you must have experience and feel comfortable discussing technical issues with engineers
- Attention to detail.
- Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find simplifying solutions to avoid making them our user's problems
- Finger-tippiness with data. You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story
- Have worked and thrived in a fast-paced environment at an early stage company (Preferred not required)
- Instinct on how to make tradeoffs between elegance and efficiency
- Excel at working cross-functionally and being a collaborative team player
- Excellent communicator
