Job Description Summary**This is What You Will do in This Role**:
To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

- Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design
- Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
- Responsible for Variant configuration, Formulation of VC Master data, dependencies and VC Prototypes
- Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP
- Design and implement core functionalities of SAP WM, EWM, Org Structure, Put Away, Picking strategies
- Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performance
- Configure the SAP system in the areas of WM/EWM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions
- Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment
- Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
- Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way
- Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
- Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
- Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented

**What We are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
- 8+ years of experience in SAP EWM / WM module of SAP is required
- Should have experience working in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge on the SAP EWM and WM, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required
- Working experience on LE Processes, EWM organizational structure, Inbound Delivery, Outbound Delivery, Put Away Strategies
- Experience of Formulation of VC Master data like Characteristics, Characteristic Values, Class, Configurable Material, Configuration Profile, Object Dependencies and Dependency Net and its assignment to various objects.
- Experience on VC Prototype or VC POC, Variant Characteristics
- Experience on EWM and in handling Unit Management, Storage Unit Management,
- Experience setting up RF Framework / Bar Code Scanners, Labels, Printing
- Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM, QM, PM
- Should be able to write functional specs and work with technical team on enhancements, user exits.
- Will be required to prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training.
- Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration
- Should have experience preparing data migration templates
- Should have experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.
- Should have good experience in working with global teams.
- Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies
- Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
- Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing and presenting appropriate status reports

**Other Requirements**:

- SAP EWM, WM with S/4HANA Implementation Experience
- Must be able to fluently communicate in English
- Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations
- Business and Process Knowledge
- Cross functional knowledge in business domains
- Excellent time-management/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented and demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% in US and EMEA
