**About the Job**

At USUMA, we believe that education is the primary driver for social progress and individual well-being. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting bilingual and socio-emotional education in public primary schools. Currently, our English and HSE programs are offered in two public primary schools within Guadalajara. We are actively seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team.

**Activities**
- Deliver three hours of English classes weekly to six groups spanning from 3rd to 5th grade in both morning and afternoon shifts (In total 18 hours of classes per week).
- Preparation of lesson plans and didactic materials.
- Monitor students' needs and track their learning progress.
- Communicate effectively with families and the school about the progress of students.
- Coordination of the work of the teaching assistants under your supervision.
- Manage databases containing student information.
- Attend training workshops to ensure continuous professional development.
- Participate in events organized by the association.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum B2 level of English.
- 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to groups of children.
- University Degree in pedagogy, teaching English language as a second language or similar.
- Knowledge of educational techniques (learning methodologies and second language assessment).
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Canva.
