- Handling, clearing and accounting of EDI vendor invoices (EDI Vendor Workflow Processing)
- Correspondence with suppliers and peers.
- Account debugging
- Support and maintenance of changes in the Supplier Database (Vendor Master Data Base)
- Tracking of Tickets and creation of accounting windows for changes and registrations of suppliers.
- Review of supplier invoices, determining their approval or rejection.
- Registration of Supplier invoices in SAP.
- Carry out the programming of payment to suppliers on the previously defined dates.
- Follow-up of overdue invoices from suppliers and analyze their reasons.
- Report the information related to your area to internal and external users, etc.
- Inter company reconciliations
- Monthly reconciliations

Meet bank requirements.
- Control and monitoring of guarantee deposits
- Layout loading of payments in bank portals.
- Follow-up of changes in Check quotas and registration of services in bank portals.
- Loading of manual payments in bank portals
- Daily Monitoring of Balances by currencies of each bank account
- Provide information on balances and movements to the Treasury and Accounts Receivable areas.
- Holder of a degree in financial areas.
- 3 years of business experience in automotive Industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of SAP R/3
