Purpose Statement: Responsible for providing technical direction on CRG's supporting on troubleshooting and responsiveness process. FA Engineers are a key resource for the Focus Factory (FF) team with the implementation and validation of the corrective actions at the site.

Key Job Accountabilities:

- Participates in customer-facing CRG Activities.
- Perform CRG preparation and initial assessment of defective, electronic, electrical and mechanical parts.
- Write reports to summarize findings using Microsoft Word, PPT or Excel and convert to PDF as required).
- Establish standard assessment practices and create documentation.
- Monitoring CRG performance based on analysis of both Plexus and Costumer performance data.

Additional Accountabilities:

- Assist in the assessment and management of third party laboratory services.
- Support FFs troubleshooting CRGs in both manufacturing and customer sites
- Support on generation of FA reports
- Frequent travel may be required to meet the needs of the business
- Additional duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required; a(n) Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies or similar Engineering is preferred.
- 7 Years of related experience is required; 7 years of related experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, a plus
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, a plus.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Data driven person with strong statistical knowledge
- Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Technical Personal administration

- General office & Test equipment’s and materials

Work Environment:

- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
