El Coordinador y/o IT Business Partner enTecnología de la Información en Recursos Humanos y Finanzas es el interfaz entre las áreas de Recursos Humanos y Finanzas. Alinea la entrega de soluciones, capacidades u otro trabajo de proyecto con las metas y prioridades operativas y estratégicas de la unidad comercial, es el punto de contacto para el liderazgo comercial y las principales partes interesadas, actúa como un conducto para sus intereses y objetivos, al mismo tiempo que sirve como un canal de compromiso y comunicaciones de TI, ayuda a los líderes empresariales a identificar y formular iniciativas, propuestas y casos de negocios para lograr sus objetivos y mantiene la alineación con el entorno y la estrategia de TI creando conciencia y comprensión de las capacidades tecnológicas actuales y futuras.

**III. Principales responsabilidades**

1. Es responsable de mantener las relaciones con el equipo de liderazgo de la unidad de negocios, los ejecutivos clave y otras partes interesadas. Esto le dará al socio comercial de TI una comprensión continua de la mejor manera de cumplir sus objetivos.

2. Es responsable de facilitar y coordinar los esfuerzos de los líderes de las unidades de negocio para identificar y establecer el mejor conjunto posible de iniciativas y proyectos alineados con sus prioridades, metas y objetivos

3. Interactuar con los ejecutivos de las unidades de negocio. Realice revisiones trimestrales con ellos o en otros intervalos según lo especificado para validar y evaluar sus planes de proyecto. Ayudar a volver a priorizar para satisfacer las necesidades de la unidad de negocios según sea necesario.

4. Identifique y sugiera revisiones de cualquier iniciativa o proyecto importante de la unidad de negocios que sea cuestionado. Esto ayudará a determinar si deben continuar, cambiarse significativamente, suspenderse o suspenderse.

5. Es responsable de alertar a los líderes de las unidades de negocios sobre las oportunidades para aplicar los desarrollos tecnológicos a los desafíos que surgen de la creciente digitalización en su área.

6. Comprometerse con otros colaboradores para identificar eficiencias en toda la empresa y oportunidades sinérgicas.

7. Apoyar al liderazgo en la comunicación de la contribución de valor a la unidad de negocio y a la organización en su conjunto. Cimente la comprensión de que los proyectos y programas son el mecanismo por el cual se realiza la estrategia y se entrega el cambio.

8. Apoyar a los equipos estratégicos para alinear sus necesidades con la visión del grupo, actuando como Business Partner de estrategia de TI

9. Capacitar al equipo de recursos humanos, respecto a la usabilidad del sistema SSFF de los módulos: Compensaciones, Central de Empleados, Reclutamiento y On Boarding.

10. Actúa como parte interesada de FI, siendo responsable de tomar las iniciativas, alinearlas y asegurarse de que faciliten los recursos de los equipos de TI para su desarrollo.

11. Es responsable de extender la mesa de ayuda al equipo de BN, haciendo un concepto de diseño de soporte.
