- Events coordination (team building meetings).
- Management of petty cash for the project.

**Job Skills**:

- At least two years experience as Admnistrative Assistant.
- Intermediate managing of english language skills.
- Organized, realible, responsible, focus, available.
- Manage of SAP ERP (preferably).

**Specific Skills**:

- Managing of SAP ERP, support their boss with the billing, and report their advances weekly at least.
- Analysis, review and file of employee reimbursement.
- Budget projection per month.
- Support with control and allocation of cars according to project requirements.
- Monitoring to rent of houses for foreign employees and coordination of payments and signing of lease contracts.
