Project Assistant

Yupana is looking for a Project Administrator (PA) to support projects from start to finish and ensure that they are completed as per contract requirements.
The PA will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules, making sure the necessary resources are available to facilitate project completion and acting as the liaison between the project team and project manager.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide quality support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects under the direction of Project Coordinator/Manager
- Work closely with the project team to meet changing needs and requirements
- Generate project schedules and create metrics to be reviewed at each project milestone
- Analyze materials and personnel needs before the onset of each project phase
- Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client contract files
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
- Respond to day-to-day operational aspects of projects
- Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies, law and regulations
- Follow up contract changes with customers before, during and after each project
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.

**Qualifications and Essential Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills - the PA will be required to build relationships with various parties including project team, Partners, external vendors
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills to help meet tight deadlines
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- A multi-tasker who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner
- Must have a high level of accuracy
- Proof-reading skills with great attention to detail
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English
