**WHAT YOU DO**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Input data accurately into software platforms
- Upsell and promote products/services
- Meet individual sales and performance metrics
- Maintain a high level of customer service on all calls
- Assist with on-the-job training for new contractors when needed
- Follow guidelines for breaks and lunch breaks
- Participate in special projects assigned by management (such as role-playing, shadowing, other training needs, product testing)
- Perform other related duties or projects, as assigned
**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
- **Quick recruitment process** through video calls.
- **Pay rate**: MXN** **$93 pesos per hour.
- **Commission**: _As far as the bonus, the average goes from USD $300 up to USD $2,000. The bonus will be disbursed in Mexican Pesos (MXN), converted based on the prevailing dollar exchange rate provided by the company at the time of payment."_

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in sales
- Leadership skills to help motivate and implement account accountability within team
- Strong focus on process development/improvement in all areas tied to this department
- Build processes and efficiencies to prevent limitations
- Support organization's overall vision, mission, values, strategic and financial goals
- Act as a role model within the organization
- Display flexibility by supporting all groups within PMG
- Ability to work independently while maintaining creative thinking
- Work full day schedules and weekly full-time hours
