**Role and responsibilities**
- Leads and define the Strategic Plan (Short, Medium & Long Term). Creation of the budget of the year based on facts, opportnities and market dynamics. Lead the Marketing Plan process in a crossfunctional teamwork and the implementation with the commercial team.
- Direct Responsibility to ensure maximization of the OPEX and promotional investment budget;
- Keep team motivated and encourage creativity and innovation;
- Leadership stance in corporate meetings and business reviews
- Launch Plans and Business Case creation and leadership of the Crossfuncional Team;
- Lead the Brand Teams execution and Teamwork;
- Knows and observes the relevant market getting relevant information to make on time decisions to respond the market and seeks relevant market trends in the different information audits;
- Create and maintain a good contact with KOLs and key industry stakeholders;
- Monitors monthly the performance of demand / sales and constantly challenge status quo when strategies and tactics are not being achieved / delivery of results;
- Offer assistance and expertise to any staff who is struggling or falling behind in the implementation of the Commercial Plan / Activities;
- Active participation and leadership stance in the S&OP Meetings to ensure Forecast Accuracy Metrics and maximize profitability for the company portfolio assets;
- Works with the medical and patient society to expand knowledge about pathologies and LEO products providing better quality of life to patients;
- Uses specific marketing media mix to launch and position products and services;
- Ensures to put in place a differentiated Digital Plan to boost commercial activities to the different key stakeholders
- Contributes with feasibility analysis for the development of New Businesses that contribute to leo's medium and long-term sustainable growth;
- Identifies opportunities to improve segmentation, productivity and generate information relevant to the business;
- Maintains alignment and effective communication with AIA LT and Global for implementation of special strategies and projects, budget. Etc.;
- Ensures that materials, events, congresses, contracts, etc. are in line with compliance and laws in force in the country and that contribute to create a strong identity and brand reputation;
- Develop a clear communication strategy to ensure that the company areas know the north point and commercial / marketing plan;
- Lead and coach 2 Marketing Trainees.
