**Responsabilidades**:
**Purpose of Role**:
Develop a regional Internal Communication strategy that allows to keep teammates informed, involved, and committed through different channels and tools, in accordance with corporate guidelines, needs, and specifics for each location
**Main Activities**:
- Lead the internal communication strategy considering regional and local corporate goals, as well as specific needs of each business unit (Business, Functions and Manufacturing)
- Define the most appropriate communication internal channels (digital and analog).
- Lead the strategy for all internal channels (considering BSLAN APP as a priority).
- Develop, propose, coordinate, and validate Internal Communications materials (messages, templates, presentations, organizational announcements, corporate videos, etc.) according to corporate guidelines and messages, with a consistent graphic identity.
- Define, create, and implement communication campaigns to promote the company's initiatives and improve the engagement, commitment, and understanding of the MTP, mission, vision and values among teammates.
- Set together with the different functional areas, an annual plan of internal actions to support regional and local business goals.
- Define, create, and implement the engagement strategy for the entire region partnering with HR. (considering manufacturing teammates as a priority)
- Coordinate official corporate events (Town Halls, 1:1 with directors and leaders, etc.) and create the necessary communication material as well as the content of presentations.
- Define, together with the Marketing and HR areas, endomarketing and culture initiatives to promote the company's vision and teamwork.
- Define, propose, coordinate, lead and/or execute internal pan-regional campaigns (BSAM + BSLAN + BSLAS + BSWest).
- Write and edit specific content for all different audiences, countries, communication channels and purposes. (SPA & ENG)
- Guarantee that the messages issued have consistency in the different locations, communication channels and times.
- Give visibility to regional leaders through relationship or engagement initiatives with teammates.
- Conduct the annual LAN internal communications and engagement survey and / or evaluation schemes.
- Follow up to results and goals achievement through the development and consolidation of periodic reports.
