**The Icons of Real Estate is hiring a Podcast Host with experience in sales and real estate**

Do you have a knack for sales? Do you enjoy talking to people? Do you have your Real Estate License or have an interest in Real Estate? This is the perfect position for you

**Key Skills Required**:

- Exceptional Communication Skills (English speaking)
- Organized, reliable and independent
- Pro Active learning - a strong willingness to learn and constantly improve
- Passion for Sales/Marketing and Real Estate
- If you have your Real Estate License that's a BIG plus

The position involves podcasting, marketing and sales

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with podcast guests and host the podcast (We have processes already setup for the podcast development and our other host can guide you on interviewing)
- Turn podcast guests into leads for our sales team. Lead generation via the podcast.
- Book guests on a sales call with our sales team
