Estamos en búsqueda de un **Trainee - Trade Compliance & Risk Specialist** para una empresa transnacional de Energía.

**Perfil**:
**Licenciatura: Comercio Internacional, Comercio, Derecho y Economía. (Recién egresado)**

**Experiência Profesional: 1 año, cuentan prácticas profesionales y/o servicio social.**

**Deseable tener experiência en legislación aduanera (LA, RLA, RGCE, Reglamento del Ministerio de economía, etc.)**

**Competencias**:
**Capacidad demostrada para concentrarse en el trabajo del proyecto y llevarlos a cabo de manera eficiente.**

**Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas y capacidad para trabajar con supervisión y seguir instrucciones.**

**Pensamiento Crítico.**

**Competencias técnicas**:

- Inglés - A nível Medio/avanzado a nível conversacional (Se evaluará en la entrevista).
- Voluntad de adquirir conocimientos en Cumplimiento Comercial y Riesgos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Elaborar Cartas encomienda para agentes aduanales, para empresas navieras y almacenes.
- Elaborar el reporte de incidencias de cada agente aduanal mensualmente
- Asistencia a otros deberes relacionados con CBM
- Asistencia en la modificación del Procedimiento Operativo Estándar de los Agentes de Aduanales
- Asistencia en la modificación de las instrucciones de trabajo de importación, exportación
- Verificación de que el SharePoint de los agentes aduanales esté actualizado.
- Seguimiento de los cambios legales diarios en la legislación aduanera y tratados de comercio exterior
- Asistencia en la gestión de certificaciones y programas de comercio exterior de Siemens Energy
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas comerciales nacionales e internacionales.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las directrices corporativas y legales.
- Garantizar que los agentes de aduanas se adhieran a todos los principios SOP
- Trabajo de tiempo completo L-V (Disponibilidad de horario)
- Estancia de 1 año en la empresa
- Zona de Trabajo: Antara, Ciudad de México
