**Amer Sports** is on the lookout for an ambitious **SAP SD Consultant**. In this role, you'll be part of a pioneering team, empowered not only to tackle diverse global SAP support requirements but also to shape the very fabric of our processes and company standards. Your mission? Seize ownership of support activities, whether charting your course independently or collaborating hand-in-hand with our esteemed Global SAP Team. **What you will be doing**:

- Managing SAP incidents of 2nd or 3rd Level Support.
- Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area.
- Training of Business Key Users.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes, implementing system changes, configuration of the SAP system.
- Working on implementation of SAP system in new entities, warehouses, etc. if necessary.
- Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.

**What you need to succeed**:

- At least 7 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in **SD module**.
- Experience with **SAP AFS** solution and knowledge **of ABAP Workbench** will be an asset.
- Good knowledge of **ITIL** procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
- Fluent **English**.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
