**Education and Work Experience**:Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial, or a related field, with 2 years of professional experience in a purchasing / inventory setting. Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP program. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel to be able to perform loading of mass data files to Oracle.

**Responsibilities**: Lead our inventory management processes, managing our raw material (RM) inventory, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory. Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Compile monthly inventory summary for site leadership and corporate senior management. Determine opportunities for inventory reduction or right-sizing activities and lead group efforts, and report on such efforts to local and corporate management. Measurement the excess and obsolete goods (E&O) program, inventory at prudent levels. This includes quarterly reviews of the Reserve recommendations from Oracle. The individual will also work on projects and other duties as required by business conditions and customer requirements. Track root causes for inventory variances quarter over quarter to report to Finance. Execute and negotiate Oracle Top $$ push y cancel signals.

**Job Descriptor**:
Inventory Analyst - Sr.: Controls inventory through collecting and analyzing data. Provides recommendations to management to ensure the appropriate decision has been made in regard to direct impact on inventory dollars. Manages and controls inventory to meet manufacturing requirements. Ensures all options are carefully considered in compliance with company process & procedures. Analyzes data through Oracle and Manugistics system (Production Planning & Scheduling tool) to improve and adjust the inventory position in the materials department. In addition the system allows the user to create reports to analyze and align the supply chain with the customer demands. Responsible for recognizing trends, identifying problems and providing recommendations. May provide information for the M3K team. Interacts internally with multiple organizations as well as suppliers.
