- Description & Requirements**The Job**:
The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for day to day marketing campaign operations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GoToWebinar, Conversica, and other campaign tools in our marketing technology stack.

**What you will be doing**:
Marketing automation campaign operations:

- Aim to optimize campaign success and streamlineprocesses.
- Provide guidance and training to webinar andvirtual event stakeholders on successful event execution.
- Contribute to strategy design for nurturingleads through a mix of content and other calls-to-action.
- Utilize CRM for campaign creation and tracking.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders acrossthe company.

**What you will likely bring**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple campaigns andmultiple stakeholders
- Ability to identify and implement processimprovement
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM isa plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to create reports and dashboards formarketing insights
