**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**
- Development of strategy plans and tactics to create advertising campaigns that deliver against sales (market share) and brand health target.
- Oversee & optimize budget and resource allocation for all four brand (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac)
- Identifying relevant media channels and messages to ensure effective conversion, moving clients along the funnel.
- Lead marketing team and agencies while working with global marketing & local commercial teams.

**Essential Qualifications / Requirements**
- 10+ years proven experience leading marketing / strategy / innovation functions for a multinational company of relevant size.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and media channels, including digital as well as CRM background.
- Proficiency in navigating IT & MarTech suppliers & internal IT processes
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and analyze functional effectiveness.
- Proven people management and people development experience of teams of over 5 staff.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving marketing needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous budget management experience for multiple brands (multi-million dollar).

**Additional Job Description**:
Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
