**Objetivo del puesto**: Establecer con cada cuenta/sitio la implementación del Programa de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente dando soporte a la Gerencia de HSSE, soporte al equipo de Ingeniería y Liderazgos de Operaciones.

**Responsabilidades**:
Proporcionar soporte directo a la operación en cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo en todos los asuntos relacionados con el cumplimiento de HSSE de la industria, así como el cumplimiento específico del cliente o los requisitos operativos específicos del sitio.
Elaborar el programa HSSE para implementar y coordinar un programa de capacitación de HSSE en cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento al Programa Integral de Capacitación en materia de HSSE desde el curso de inducción, temas mensuales, como la capacitación de trabajos de alto riesgo tanto presenciales como en línea. Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de capacitación MyLearning.
Establecer y dar cumplimiento al Programa de Prevención de Riesgos “Buenas atrapadas - Good Catch” para minimizar la ocurrencia de incidentes en las operaciones desde la capacitación hasta la validación mensual del registro de todo el personal.
Ser el soporte para la implementación del Programa HSSE para el Gerente de Operaciones de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo para lograr un rendimiento de nível de cumplimiento en los temas de auditoría de operaciones relacionados con HSSE.
Colaborar de forma activa con los gerentes de instalaciones y los ingenieros jefes de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo para respaldar las auditorías internas y externas sobre los temas de HSSE incluyendo ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
Mantener registros precisos de accidentes y lesiones en cada cuenta/sitio de apoyo para garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio conforme a la STPS & cumplimiento interno de CMO, así como seguimiento, compilación y análisis estadístico de accidentes y lesiones en cada cuenta/sitio.
Trabajar con cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo para el seguimiento y cumplimiento de métricas de rendimiento de HSSE mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
Participación continua para el cumplimiento del programa de seguridad del personal contratista de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo con soporte al Gerente de Operaciones.
Seguimiento a la implementación de las evaluaciones de peligros específicos de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo y el análisis de seguridad laboral.
Mantener actualizados los procedimientos, formatos y documentos de políticas de HSSE específicos de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo para verificar la conformidad con los requisitos reglamentarios, incluyendo los requisitos aplicables de los clientes.
Proporcionar orientación, seguimiento y los formatos para la creación de documentos asociados a la política de HSSE específicos de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo.
Establecer el proceso para evaluar los cambios del cliente a los requisitos existentes y nuevos de HSSE y su impacto en las operaciones de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo.
Establecer el programa de encuestas periódicas de cumplimiento de HSSE en todas las instalaciones.
Asegurar el cumplimiento al programa de recorridos e inspecciones para identificar los problemas de cumplimiento de HSSE de las instalaciones y mantener comunicación con las operaciones para proporcionar acciones correctivas y seguimiento de acciones.
Brindar soporte continuo para atender auditorías generales a las que los Clientes pueden estar sometidos. Apoyar el uso de la herramienta de seguimiento de acciones correctivas de los clientes.
Asegurar la implementación de los mejores programas y prácticas de HSSE en cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo.
Establecer el proceso para recopilar y publicar mejores prácticas e innovaciones de gestión de HSSE dentro de la comunidad interna de instalaciones y desarrollar prácticas y procesos estándar en cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo.
Elaborar e implementar de un plan de mejora continua de HSSE para cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo.
Asegurar la participación en las reuniones mensuales continúas enfocadas en HSSE en cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo con los gerentes de Operaciones y los representantes internos de HSSE de los mismos.
Asegurar la administración de datos cada cuenta/sitio y el personal de TI para garantizar que los programas HSSE sean accesibles para todo el personal de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo.
Lograr la participación continua para el cumplimiento al Programa Integral de Residuos de cada cuenta/sitio a su cargo en cumplimiento legal como corresponde.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en un campo relacionado con HSSE, Ingeniería, Tecnología de ingeniería.
Mínimo 7-10 años de experiência previa en el desarrollo y gestión de programas HSSE o al menos 2 años en posición similar.
