As HSE Manager you will be responsible for respecting and fulfilling the mission and values ​​of the plant, as well as implementing and developing preventive measures for safety. Comply with the rules, laws and regulations regarding Health, Safety and Environment that apply as well as the Health (Ergonomics), Environmental and Safety policies and rules established in Faurecia.

Your responsibilities will include:

Report the dangers, risks, environmental aspects and impacts of your area. Supports activities to achieve safety and environmental objectives and goals Formulate, review, communicate, comply with and enforce HSE FAS policy Maintains hazard identification and risk assessment procedures, as well as the identification of environmental aspects and impacts. Maintains the procedure for the identification, review and communication of legal and other requirements applicable to administration systems (Health, Safety and Environment). Reports the results of objectives and goals to the entire organization. Receives, reviews and responds to external communication and consultation (upon confirmation by Plant Management). Prepares the procedures required by the standard within the framework of its responsibilities. Coordinates the emergency response system (Brigade Coordinator). Prepares a compliance report and monitoring of the administration systems (Health, Safety, Environment) for the plant management. Coordinates compliance with corrective and preventive actions.

Key requirements:

Industrial Engineer, Environmental Engineer or similar. 5 years of previous experience in an automotive industry plant or environment Attention to government inspections and audits in matters of safety, health and environment Management of STPS and SSA Standards International safety standards ISO and environment ISO Knowledge of HSE tools and methods: Risk Assessment, Identification of Environmental Aspects, Ergonomics, etc. Root cause identification tools (Accident management). Legal requirements (Semarnat, Conagua, STPS and applicable to the Site). Audit management, ISO , ISO Emergency response and control & Security Systems and control of emergency brigades Basic knowledge of identifying hazards and risks of environmental aspects/impacts
