**CHEF REPOSTERO / PASTRY CHEF**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Creación de recetas (costeo y proporciones).
- **Seguimiento puntual a los estándares visuales de la presentación y montaje.**:

- Elaboración y supervisión de la producción.
- Mantener el stock de materia prima.
- Mantener el stock ideal de productos en venta.
- Inventarios semanales (materia prima, producción y producto venta).
- Declaración de mermas.
- Entrenamiento constante al staff de repostería.
- Búsqueda de proveedores.
- Negociación en compra por volumen.
- Proponer al Chef Ejecutivo y a la Dirección General el especial del mes.
- Garantizar la satisfacción de nuestros invitados.

Requisitos y Experiência:

- 5 años en puesto similar.
- Bilingüe (español-inglés).
- Normas de seguridad e higiene.
- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo.
- Estudios de gastronomía y/o relacionados.
- Experiência comprobable en repostería Francesa.
- Radicar en San Miguel de Allende, Gto. o posibilidad para cambio de residencia.

- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
