**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to platform best practices.
Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Platform Services.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather and define technical requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing technical guidance and oversight.
Oversee Salesforce platform maintenance, security, and data management, ensuring system integrity and scalability.
Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, such as proper use of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance.
Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and development standards.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and provide ongoing recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform and leading technical teams.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Data Modeling.
Experience with Salesforce declarative customization (process builders, flows, and validation rules).
Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce Platform development lifecycle, including security, performance, and governance.
Experience in working on Salesforce Platform (Platform as a Service - PaaS) including building custom apps.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Technical Architect, or Salesforce Application Architect are highly preferred.
Proven experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in industries like Financial Services, Banking, or Healthcare.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Salesforce.
Knowledge of Salesforce DX for version control and deployment automation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to lead through influence
